All prices are in US$ dollars, and for guidance purposes only, prices DO NOT
include sales tax (and in some cases environmental surcharge) prices are checked
and updated regularly but fluctuations can occur due to circumstances outside

Pick Up and return terms: Rental returns must be 24 hours from pick-up time or a $25.00
per hour late charge will apply if the motorcycle is returned late. All bikes are to be picked up and returned to

way fee.

Enhanced

You must be at
least 21 years old and hold a full valid drivers license with a motorcycle
endorsement for a minimum of two years. You must obey all traffic laws
and wear a helmet and gloves (this is an insurance requirement). You must
lock the bike if you leave it unattended for any length of time. Covers and
locks are provided. We will not replace a stolen bike. If you have a mishap
while riding and you have been drinking, you will not have any insurance
coverage. You must have a credit card to rent a bike. There is a $1000 damage
deposit taken at the time of rental. Insurance coverage on the bike has a
$1000 deductible. You are responsible for the first $1000. A $100
non-refundable deposit must be paid with reservation. All tour groups must
be prepaid. Any tour cancellations within 30 days of the start date will be
subject to a 50% cancellation fee. You are responsible for any minor damages
to the bike or lost gear provided to you. The bike you will be renting is a
street bike. You must stay on paved roads. Medical insurance is not provided
and is your own responsibility.

| Terms
In the event of loss or damage to vehicle while on rent,
whether or not due to the fault of customer, customer's responsibility
for direct and accidental loss (including theft and vandalism) or damage
to the vehicle is unlimited. That is, customer is responsible for all
loss or damage.
All daily rental rates for all vehicles include Collision Damage
Waiver (CDW) at up to USD 8.00 per day. With CDW, the customer's
responsibility for accidental damage, theft and vandalism (police report
is required) to the vehicle is reduced to USD 2,500.00 per
occurrence.
Extended Liability and Vacation Interruption Protection
(ELVIP) is available at $20 per day to a maximum of £480
- With ELVIP, the customer's responsibility for accidental damage is
further reduced to USD 200.00. In case of theft and vandalism to the
vehicle, the deductible is USD 1,000.00. This reduction of the
customer's responsibility does however not apply to the exceptions
mentioned in 3.2 I-VII) above, for which customer's responsibility
reduces from unlimited to USD 2,500.00. ELVIP
also covers the expenses in the event of a mechanical breakdown
requiring the vehicle to be in repair for more than 12 working hours.
Radio, air conditioning, refrigerator, generator, microwave, appliances,
automatic step, cruise control and GPS malfunctions are not considered
to be mechanical breakdowns. Incurred expenses of USD 30.00 per person
per day for lodging and USD 30.00 per group per day for other
transportation is provided. A limit of USD 3,000.00 per tour applies and
this plan is not valid in case of an accident. Customer must present all
receipts for refund of expenses. ELVIP
coverage is void (I) if customer fails to file an accident/damage police
report, or (II) if vehicle is used in violation of the terms of the
rental contract. Without ELVIP deposit charges are between $ 1,000 and
up to $ 2,500. With ELVIP deposit charges ar $ 500
